PWII Multi-Blade Dampers are used for both air flow rate regulation and air flow cut-off in the rectangular duct systems. They can also be installed in air handling units or walls. They have the backward blades. They can operate between -20°C and +90°C. If they are controlled with an actuator, the operating temperature is between -20°C and +50°C. They have the Hygiene Certificate with HK/K/0841/03/2017 number. PWII Multi-Blade Dampers can be made up of various materials depending on the type. PWII-O type Multi-Blade Dampers consist of galvanized steel profiled housings and shutters. PWII-U type Multi-Blade Dampers consist of galvanized steel profiled housings and aluminum profiled shutters. PWII-N and PWII-M type Multi-Blade Dampers consist of stainless steel sheet housings and shutters. The housings can also be powder coated. While PWII-O and PWII-N type Multi-Blade Dampers create low air pressure drop when they are open, PWII-U and PWII-M type Multi-Blade Dampers also enable air tightness when they are closed. The standard size is as the following for A x B dimensions up to 1000 x 1005 mm;
A – any dimension,
B – Number of blades x 100 mm + 5 mm
PWII Multi-Blade Dampers can be controlled manually or automatically by an actuator.
